It was very nice. I stopped in to help my mom move stuff to the car and was quite impressed.
(Note: My room was paid for by someone else.) The rooms were clean and nice, however my stay was impromptu and there was not readily accessible soaps for the shower. Additionally the bathroom has a European-style setup where the toilet and shower are in a room, separate from the sink, which made getting ready in the morning far more challenging (again made more difficult by the lack of real shower products). Otherwise my stay was pleasant and the staff was helpful and courteous, and the receptionist who assisted me was very cute and if I were brave I would've talked to her more and maybe considered asking her out but yeah. Decent place, nice visual design, but I don't think I'd choose this place to stay again if I didn't have to.
The hotel was nice. It was clean and the employees were friendly. We only stayed there for one night and were guests of a wedding. Since the wedding was the night that we stayed there we were not at the hotel much.
The room was nice! It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The people at the front desk we're very kind and respectful. All around a good experience!
The bed was really nice, the shower was nice and hot, but the pool was on the cold side and the hot tub was...well it made the occupants feel like they were surrounded by people eating too many beans. Hopefully this could be resolved by having a gallon or four more of water. The bistro, not the cause of the hot tub's awkward behavior, was quite delicious and reasonably priced. Though the bistro should list allegens on food, we could only eat my delicious burger as an open face sandwich due to mayo being on the bottom half. (Have an egg allergy.)
